Does the package w/ PHP5 contain SQLite3 and php_pdo_sqlite module?
Yes it is in PHP 5.4.45:
PDO Driver for SQLite 3.x
SQLite Library 3.8.10.2
but you have to enable it in cfg/php.ini
extension=php_pdo_sqlite.dll
